Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
  • The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items that are defective or damaged during transit – an email needs to be sent describing damage or defect.
How to Request a Return:
To request a return, please contact us at info@h2bbglobaldynamics.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and shipping details.
Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item sent).
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10 business days].
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
  1. Check your bank or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email  and we’ll guide you through the process.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer returns or refunds for the following:
  • Services rendered
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, email us at info@h2bbglobaldynamics.com with your order number or contact us on 083 654 2644.
